Technical Training Lead (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Technical Training Lead (m/f/d)!
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that we provide a comprehensive training offer for the Authorized Repairer network, based on their needs and company KPIs and strategy.
• Ideate, adapt, develop and deliver technical training content across a range of formats and channels to ensure a comprehensive, engaging and ultimately effective qualification program to our Authorized repairer network
• Constantly explore, push and implement innovative training solutions that improve the effectiveness & efficiency of training delivery in terms of time, cost and performance
• Review and align national training paths to ensure a homogenous technical training curriculum and competence development across all our markets
• Lead the internal quality assurance processes to ensure compliance and quality of all technical training conducted on behalf of Genesis. You will review, adapt, develop and deploy the necessary technical staff certification programs.
• Ensure, together with the Training Manager, that all Genesis Technicians have achieved the necessary certifications and qualifications throughout the European Market.
• Lead the development and delivery of Train the Trainer programs, ensuring technical trainer quality and the following implementation of programs within the markets
• Manage relationships and expectations with not only our National Sales Companies but also our Hyundai European & Global Head Quarters in all technical training topics, ensuring alignment, comprehension and ultimately the successful implementation of technical training programs and curriculum
• Coordinate with the markets, agencies and internal departments to ensure that all necessary information regarding individuals, training dates, and training history as well as training content is updated in a timely manner within the Learning Management System
• Participate in the development of internal communication and recognition programs for all agent job roles, with particular focus on technical roles
• Keep up to date with latest information, trends and needs in the automotive technical training environment
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as automotive engineering, education, or instructional design
• A higher degree or certifications in training and development is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related position or relevant experience as a certified automotive & HV technician
• Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, preferably within the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English (verbal and written), good level of German required
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suit , L&D authoring tools beneficial
