System & Process Senior Specialist (m/f/d)

We want you to:
- Give repairers access to all relevant GMD service & parts systems like CCC (Genesis Customer Care Center) – GSW (Global Service Way = everything a workshop needs) and GWMS (Genesis Warranty Management System) and EDOS (MOBIS Parts order)
- Access plus enhancement of Digital PDI System and Menu
- Secure the connection between current sales system with the service system for CRM purposes
- Evaluation of current system land scape GME/GMD/Repairer – support implementation of interfaces and if necessary, development (together with the relevant IT dept. or supplier) of new applications for CX/Case/Complaint Mgt.
- Enable and handle correct processing of 5 Yr. Care Plan.
- Support & train all internal After Sales departments incl. Field Force, ext. Suppliers and Repairers
- Potential System & Process Landscape Changes to be tested, approved, rolled out
About you:
- University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.), preferably with IT experience
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in related position
- Fluent German & English
