Reginal Market Manager (m/w/d)

Role Summary:

The Regional Market Manager (m/w/d) is responsible for driving sales performance and ensuring target achievement across European markets. The role requires close collaboration with local market teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders in product, supply chain, marketing, finance, and dealer network management. By aligning business strategies with market realities, the Regional Market Manager will optimize operations, strengthen dealer performance, and deliver sustainable sales growth.

We want you to:

  • Ensure monthly target achievement across orders, wholesale, retail sales, CO2, and profit

  • Conduct regular meetings with markets to review performance, steer activities, and propose action plans in line with strategy

  • Organize and lead weekly sales meetings with market teams, aligning measures with sales, marketing, finance, and other stakeholders

  • Lead discussions with markets for target setting, including business and operational plans, budgets, and agreements

  • Support the development of mid-term market plans considering growth potential and future product portfolio

  • Coordinate cross-functional support to address market-specific needs and challenges

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and dealer performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

  • Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making

About you:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or market management, ideally within the automotive industry or a related sector

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multi-country markets in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong sense for channel-dependent communication

  • Proficiency in English (additional European languages are an advantage) and advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Entrepreneurial, achievement-oriented mindset with the ability to manage projects, coordinate resources, and deliver high-quality results

  • Team player with strong intercultural awareness, able to work independently and cooperatively across functions

  • Innovative, adaptable, and persuasive, with the ability to sense market dynamics and drive change effectively
