Purpose of the Job

Play a key role in defining the market position of a product or brand, within the context of the overall product strategy, by conducting competitor analysis and market research, working with the sales team, and driving marketing initiatives to support product or brand awareness and sales. In addition to taking the product to market, this role ensures that the product meets the needs of the market and that data and research gained in the marketplace shape future product direction. Articulate the product and feature benefits and translate them into customer messaging. Give product demonstrations at trade shows and in webinars, deliver presentations, and create marketing collateral. Support bringing the product to market, driving adoption and equipping the sales team with the knowledge and tools to be successful.

Role Summary:

In this entry-level marketing role, you support the planning, promotion, and execution of experiential programs, events, and partnerships across multiple European markets. Working closely with the Experiential Marketing team, you help translate concepts into flawless on-site execution while ensuring consistent brand delivery, smooth partner coordination, and measurable impact.

We want you to:

  • Support the planning and execution of events, test-drive programs, pop-ups, and partnership activations across Europe
  • Act as a key contact for European markets on partnership-related topics
  • Coordinate partners, suppliers, and vendors, including onboarding, contracts, timelines, and fulfillment
  • Support promotional campaigns across owned and paid channels (email, social, local PR), coordinating assets and materials
  • Manage event logistics including travel, materials, staffing, on-site setup, and post-event wrap-up
  • Ensure GDPR-compliant lead capture at events and accurate CRM data handling
  • Prepare post-event reports, KPI summaries, and performance insights
  • Maintain playbooks, templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures
  • Provide administrative support including calendars, purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Up to 2 years of experience in marketing, events, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (internships welcome)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and reliability under pressure
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on mindset
  • Basic understanding of experiential marketing, event promotion, and CRM principles
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Sheets, CRM systems, event registration tools, and basic social scheduling platforms
  • Fluent in English; German or additional European languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours during events
