PR Specialist (m/f/d)

We want you to:

• Establish and maintain contacts with media representatives
• Manage the press vehicle fleet in close cooperation with the service provider, including demand planning, new vehicle orders, ensuring capacity utilization by proactively placing test vehicles in relevant media, and reporting
• Answer media inquiries after consultation with the respective internal departments 
• Support the creation of press releases, press kits, moving image & picture material
• Prepare and support PR events at home and abroad
• Prepare regular analyses and reports
• Support with internal and external communications strategy
• Operational handling of classic PR work (journalist contacts, monitoring of the press review, maintenance and further development of the press distribution list)
• Cooperate with and management of agencies 
• Support the PR manager in budget management and controlling 
• Collaborate with marketing to support measures in social media, events, cooperation, etc.

• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency of MS Office
• High resilience, reliability and ability to work independently
• High customer and team orientation
• Confident and personable appearance with a passion for communication and interaction with people 
• Willingness to travel 
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
