Develop and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns across all channels to drive sales and brand performance.

Manage and coordinate external agencies, suppliers, and partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (PR, digital, social, creative) to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
Utilize sports marketing to communicate brand values, identify storytelling opportunities, and activate consumer-centric promotions.
Develop tactical marketing campaigns to support operational business goals.
Track event KPIs, analyze ROI, and drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.
Monitor and manage marketing budgets, reporting variances and ensuring financial discipline.
Evaluate sponsorship proposals, athlete partnerships, and drive innovation in event activations.
Ensure optimal coordination of vehicle sourcing, logistics, and operational flows for event execution.
Oversee performance management of team members or external partners as needed.
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
7–10 years of professional experience in event or motorsports-related marketing (e.g. WEC, F1, WRC, golf sponsorship).
Proven expertise in delivering large-scale events, with a strong background in guest logistics, hospitality, and guest journey management.
Solid experience in budget management and day-to-day coordination with external agencies.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word—essential for organizing major sports marketing events with agency partners.
Familiarity with creative review processes and rendering tools (optional, but a plus).
