Job Summary:

The Market Management Associate (m/f/d) supports sales force effectiveness by analyzing, processing, and communicating strategic insights and performance data. The role ensures proper use of tools and implementation of processes aimed at boosting team productivity. This position also plays an active role in planning and executing projects that influence sales outcomes—identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to overall business impact.

We want you to:

• Implement tools and processes that boost the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team  
• Support the rollout of regional sales strategies to drive volume and revenue targets  
• Track and improve commercial KPIs such as lead generation, test drives, and conversion rates  
• Enhance sales operations through accurate forecasting, streamlined processes, and improved reporting  
• Help launch and scale new markets by coordinating internal data, workflows, and commercial inputs  
• Collaborate with local teams and dealer partners to maintain alignment with Genesis brand standards and business goals  
• Work cross-functionally with teams in Finance, Marketing, Product, and Planning to ensure project success and operational alignment  

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales strategy, operations, or commercial performance
• Strong commercial and business acumen with proven stakeholder engagement
• Comfortable working with complex data sets and making informed, analytical decisions
• Skilled in market and competitive analysis, with an eye for identifying opportunities
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
• Effective communicator across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Adaptable, resilient, and proactive in fast-paced, high-impact environments
