We want you to:
- Lead and develop the European marketing function to achieve brand, customer acquisition, and commercial objectives.
- Define and execute mid- and long-term marketing strategies covering volume, product planning, and channel mix.
- Drive the Genesis brand (re)launch in Europe, delivering high-impact 360° campaigns across all channels.
- Oversee performance marketing, digital platforms, CRM, and media planning to maximize ROI and brand visibility.
- Lead experiential marketing programs and “perfect execution” strategies in line with brand positioning.
- Manage the customer funnel and acquisition journey, ensuring industry-leading customer experience.
- Monitor brand health, track KPIs, and implement data-driven improvements in creative, media, and campaign performance.
- Manage the annual/quarterly business planning cycle and the marketing budget for regional and national activities.
- Collaborate closely with senior management, NSCs, and global HQ to align marketing initiatives with lead generation and revenue targets.
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 15+ years of marketing experience, including leadership of multi-channel campaigns and large-scale event programmes.
- Proven track record in media, digital marketing, CRM, and customer acquisition at a European level.
- Automotive, mobility, or tech marketing background preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales optimization, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
- Experience developing a European digital customer acquisition journey.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across markets and functions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights into strategic action.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German or other European languages are an advantage
