Short Description
As the Head of Brand Experiential (m/w/d) for Genesis Motor Europe, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the experience of the brand across the region. Overseeing a team, it will develop and implement marketing activities to further its reputation of being audacious, progressive, and distinctly Korean.
We want you to:
- Translate brand DNA into best-in-class digital experiences that reinforce the Genesis vision.
- Develop and execute a holistic digital brand strategy that supports brand positioning, storytelling, and growth, utilizing digital marketing strategies such as social media influencing and E-Mail campaigns.
- Oversee a team to manage the planning of digital marketing campaigns, from concept and budgeting through to content creation and execution.
- Coordinate with Global HQ and regional stakeholder teams to launch new concepts and campaigns.
- Oversee all Genesis regional event briefs and creative presentations, from production to execution.
- Champion a seamless luxury customer journey across digital and physical environments.
- Manage regional media strategy, working with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver an effective media presence across the region.
- Ensure the brand’s digital presence delivers a premium, coherent, and immersive experience.
About you:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- 15+ years of professional experience, with 5+ within a team management position in a similar function
- Thorough understanding of automotive marketing processes and operations
- Experience in luxury brand management, including VIP management and public relations
- Experience in social media marketing strategy management, including influencer marketing
- Understanding of digital Marketing KPI management and data analysis
- Strong in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI)
