We want you to:

Fleet Operations & Remarketing & Reporting

• Establish and maintain a centralized KPI reporting tool to monitor and improve Fleet and Remarketing performance across markets.
• Monitor the Residual Values and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of all Genesis and competitor models in EU markets.
• Deliver insights on trends to support informed decision-making.
• Oversee internal fleet pool operations across markets, analyzing utilization and ensuring optimal fleet sizes.
• Building business processes and working with the NSCs to agree on their on-fleet / de-fleet plans and monitor the KPIs
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized reports to address business needs.

Data Quality Improvement

• Monitor and enhance data quality across sales and fleet systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, anomalies, and inconsistencies, collaborating with stakeholders across internal departments with National Sales Companies
• Implement data governance practices to standardize data entry, management, and reporting processes for both sales and fleet operations.
• Drive the automation of data collection, processing, and reporting workflows for both sales and fleet operations to reduce manual effort and enhance accuracy.

Product Owner for SAP

• Serve as the main point of contact for the SAP system, ensuring it meets the needs and requirements of the sales and fleet management teams.
• Coordinate and prioritize system improvements, resolve issues, and plan updates in close collaboration with the Digital team.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure new features and enhancements align with business needs, particularly for sales and fleet data management.
• Provide continuous support and training to the sales and fleet management teams to help them effectively use SAP and other relevant tools. 

About you:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
• Expertise in SAP 
• 2+ years of experience in in a similar role or business, with first experience in sales and/or fleet and remarketing operations
• Experience in the automotive industry would be a plus
• Good analytical and reporting skills, affinity with numbers
• Ability to present complex data and analysis to senior management
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel - Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus
• Strong communication skills within an international environment
• Fluency in English written and spoken is a must
