We are building our Brand Lifestyle & Customization Team to further expand our brand into different product categories and to therefore enhance the product offering towards our customers. 

Located between Frankfurt Main and Offenbach, you can enjoy the buzzing urban life of the metropolitan region while steering the overall car accessories product portfolio in an international environment.

We want you to:

• Develop car accessories (customization) strategy for global and regional product portfolio according to the overall model line-up of Genesis
• Provide market, competitor and supplier led product and range information on car accessories to support development of the global customization strategy including relevant innovations in the field of customization
• Lead storytelling and launch strategy development for new concept & production cars and initiate design development of agreed customization portfolio
• Lead and project manage CCO-Office input to and output from the Design on all product developments, launch and promotion of customization products
• Support Genesis Ownership Value Team in GHQ in product development and all such related requests / questions
• Create awareness of the products within the global Genesis teams, the global distribution network and ensuring that all promotional and PR opportunities are maximized
• Provide the list and the reports of potential supplier/partners in the market for future product developments and collaborations
• Create new and innovative ideas to address and fulfill customer needs globally
• Provide market, competitor and supplier led product and range information and reports
• Support product development and support product development in GHQ
• Support development of audacious and progressive Genesis customization products with respective partners in defined categories
   

About you:

• University degree in business or comparable
• Minimum 8 year of successful first professional experience
• Understanding & experience of car accessories & customization business
• Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule, including quickly turning around study plans and reports, program & results orientated delivery
• Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and good business judgment 
• Excellent and confident communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
• Pursuing self-development
• Strong organizational skills & self-motivation
• Willingness to work in an international environment and flexibility to travel
• Fluency in English language; German and/or Korean language is an advantage
