Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and organized professional to support data management, financial reporting, and document preparation. You will be responsible for generating accurate reports, managing data systems, and preparing documents using standard office tools. The role also includes monitoring and analyzing financial data in line with established systems and protocols to ensure effective decision-making.
 

We want you to:

• Prepare and present monthly consolidated financial reports, including forecast and actual results, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to support corporate decision-making.
• Gather and prepare data for financial reports, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations, while collaborating with relevant departments to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business planning, strategy, and growth initiatives, evaluating the financial performance of business units and providing insights for optimization.

About you:

• A university degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 1 -3 years of relevant experience
• Strong data analysis skills
• Knowledge of financial and managerial accounting principles
• Advanced MS Excel skills, allowing you to navigate complex data landscapes effortlessly
• Familiarity with SAP FI/CO 
• Intercultural skills and willingness to work in an international working environment
• Fluency in English; additional language (Korean and German in particular) is an advantage
