CRM Specialist (m/f/d)
We are currently looking for a CRM Specialist!
We want you to:
• Develop and execute CRM strategies to support sales objectives and to increase CLV across customer lifecycle stages (e.g. lead acquisition, onboarding, engagement, loyalty, retention)
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to gather, define, and deliver new business requirements
• Identify relevant customer data and continuously improving the customer database for effective segmentation and personalized communication, while ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations
• Analyze CRM campaign performance data to derive strategic insights for enhancing CRM strategies
• Lead offline and online multi-channel campaign management for new customer acquisition (conquest activities) and ensuring consistent brand experiences across all touchpoints to foster customer loyalty
• Oversee lead nurturing and developing lead management processes from conceptualization to implementation, including KPI definition and results monitoring
• Lead customer data management efforts, including database segmentation and enhancing data quality within Salesforce
• Report key lead management results up to the sales conversation rate and driving data cleansing projects as needed
• Collaborate with external partners to deliver high-quality services that align with company requirements
Requirements:
• University Degree (BSc, MSc) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or other business-related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in CRM management and lead generation in a dynamic environment, e.g. consultancy, start-up or agency
• Experience in sales and service management using Salesforce CRM
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
• Understanding of sales process and procedures
• Strong analytical skills, solution oriented and team player
• Fluent English language as well as excellent presentation skills
