Genesis National Retail Sales Manager

Role Summary:
We are recruiting for an experienced National Retail Sales Manager who will drive Genesis sales through the Retail channels across the UK. You will be responsible for developing, delivering and establishing a ‘best in class’ retail sales operation experience for Genesis customers.

Deliver and embed a best-in-class luxury retail sales experience across every customer touchpoint.

Lead and support the Genesis Regional Managers, ensuring our Retail Partners deliver an exceptional sales process and consistently meet their weekly, monthly, and annual targets.

Drive the achievement of business sales objectives and key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction survey results.

Continuously monitor, evaluate, and enhance Genesis Retail Sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing actions to reach ambitious targets.

Take proactive steps to maximise both Retail Partner and team performance, collaborating closely with the GMUK team to address challenges and implement solutions.

Support the Genesis Studios and GMUK teams to ensure seamless alignment of Brand Experience and Lead Generation across Studios and Retail Partners.

Oversee the effective use of all Genesis sales systems, ensuring accurate updates, data recording, and timely reporting to management.

Champion a best-in-class lead management programme, optimising every opportunity within the sales funnel.

Manage all aspects of the day-to-day retail sales operation to ensure excellence in delivery and performance.
About you:
- A professional, experienced and ambitious national sales manager.
- Experience in a Regional Sales Manager role or Zone Manager role is required.
- Demonstrable evidence of developing and delivering highly engaged and motivated sales teams within the premium and luxury retail sector.
- You must be able to provide evidence of the KPI’s and tracking reports that you have utilised to evidence the achievements of optimising your sales and your teams’ results.
- Experience in working effectively in a complex matrix structure with multiple stakeholders.
