Role Summary:

From our European headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany, Genesis Europe (GME) currently operates in Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom and is expanding in Europe. Genesis is now launching in The Netherlands and we are seeking an experienced automotive professional to lead the establishment and growth of the brand in the Dutch market as our new Head of Genesis - Netherlands.

We want you to:

• Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute Genesis Netherlands' strategy to meet commercial goals and elevate customer experience, while aligning with Hyundai Netherlands for cross-functional synergies.
• Operational Excellence: Drive performance across sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction; monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Sales & Supply Chain: Manage the sales funnel and optimize supply chain processes for both Build-to-Order and Build-to-Stock models.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Genesis externally and collaborate with partners, investors, and internal teams to support long-term growth.
• Team Leadership & Culture: Inspire and guide the team, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

About you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of senior experience in automotive sales and operations.
• Proven success in revenue growth, margin optimization, and channel strategy.
• Strong OEM experience in the Dutch market and collaboration with regional HQs.
• Skilled in leading diverse teams and driving cross-functional performance.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, resilient, and integrity-driven with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
