Your tasks

  • Professional and personnel management of employees to achieve the targets and performance KPI's
  • Co-responsibility for determining and agreeing the annual and quarterly sales and performance targets and forecasts
  • Responsible for achieving the sales targets and KPI's of the studio as well as for reporting the specified KPI's to the Head of Sales
  • Ensuring the optimization of performance indicators and defining suitable measures and processes to increase showroom traffic, online traffic, test drive rates, closing rates, customer satisfaction and sales figures
  • Developing and implementing activities in collaboration with Marketing to increase visibility and lead generation via local events, social media presence and interactions
  • Responsibility for permanent monitoring of target achievement and defining the need for an action plan
  • Ensuring the quality and quantity of business operations
  • Motivating employees to achieve targets and performance KPI's
  • Implementing a luxurious and outstanding customer experience in the studio
  • Identifying internal issues, developing talent and skills of employees

Your profile

  • Professional education in the commercial or retail sector or a degree and a higher qualification (e.g. MAS, HF, FH)
  • Several years of experience in a management position and know how to motivate your team (preferably in the premium automotive industry)
  • Winning personality who loves customer contact and brings a lot of passion for sales
  • Excellent host qualities to offer our customers a unique service and a high level of satisfaction true to our motto *we come to you*
  • Enthusiasm for vehicles in the premium segment and a great affinity for the latest technologies and future mobility
  • Holder of a Cat. B, regionally mobile and flexible
  • Excellent language skills in French, English and German
  • Very good communication skills and good role model function
