Sales Strategy Analyst (m/f/d)

As a Sales Strategy Analyst you will support an effective, strategical market steering through takeover and enhancement of sales operations related reporting and analyses, supporting the strategic decision making processes, setting up appropriate market guidelines including programs support and work on strategic initiatives in the field of the Sales Operations department.
We want you to:
- Support of strategic initiatives through gathering, preparing and analyzing relevant data and development of concrete actions
- Take care of strategic analyses (by market / by model) including development of appropriate countermeasures
- Be responsible for individual preparation and support strategic, sales-related initiatives and projects
- Support in setup of clear sales guidelines for markets and quarterly sales support programs
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc sales meetings with markets (i.e. Mid-Month Video Conference with subsidiaries)
- Provide strong support to other team members through pro-active takeover of relevant tasks in the scope of capabilities

You will also need to have:
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics or another related academic discipline
- First experience in automotive industry or similar position
- Analytical and strategical mindset
- Good collaboration and communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- High level of liability
- Capability to deal with time-pressure and strong willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks
- Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
