Customer Experience Professional (m/f/d)

As a Customer Experience Coordinator you will develop, implement and monitor programs to maximize service quality and customer experience results across Europe.

We want you to:


  • Manage the Hyundai Customer Experience Management tool (HCX) and ensure its efficient use across the European dealer network
  • Analyze and interpret Customer Experience data, identify trends, prepare reports and create actions plans for further improvement of European Service Programs
  • Continuously improve the existing Customer Experience activities and programs 
  • Set Customer Experience targets and follow-up performance with all European markets 
  • Liaise, collaborate, partner with internal departments (e.g. Retail Channel Development), and other stakeholders to create and implement relevant Customer Experience activities
  • Monitor the effectiveness of tools and programs and recommend adjustments

You will also need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Psychology, Social Science, Economics, Business Economics or related studiesA minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Market Research industry and/or the automotive industry
  • Good knowledge of the automotive business, ideally of the Service and Customer Experience area.
  • International experience in largescale customer experience projects including research, implementation and coordination of programs
  • Basic understanding of customer service, customer care and social media
  • Customer centricity
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, ability to structure processes and attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills, team player, goal-oriented skills and possessing a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company
  • Expertise with MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) 
  • Ideally experience with data analysis software (e.g. SPSS, mTAB) would be a plus
  • Very good English skills - spoken and written, German or another European language would be a plus
