Content Manager - Digital Experience (m/f/d)

As a Content Manager – Digital Experience you will coordinate and support digital marketing projects, interact with external partners ensuring proper collaboration and cooperation to deliver high quality services to support company requirements, coordinate workflows with internal interfaces to support shared planning and mutual understanding and support the communication and implementation of processes, policies and systems in the areas of responsibility.

We want you to:


  • Develop and implement a European content strategy for the Hyundai websites and the MyHyundai app in alignment with the business plan and business objectives
  • Plan the content production calendar based on product launches, brand campaigns, as well as activities of internal departments (to be distributed to all 47 European markets)
  • Align with all internal departments for the development of specific content
  • Coordinate the updates of the Hyundai English Brand Master (EBM) and the MyHyundai app content and structure
  • Maintain the centralized content asset database and distribution processes for all European markets
  • Maintain the content on the Hyundai’s European corporate website 
  • Develop and implement a content governance model for the Hyundai corporate websites
  • Coordinate the production of content for the European websites in collaboration with the content management agency
  • Cooperate with the Operations Manager to fulfill requests raised by the European markets
  • Run regular content audits on the market websites to identify content gaps and needs
  • Help develop policies, standards and editorial guidelines for all digital platforms to be shared with the markets
  • Review and monitor monthly KPIs for European markets and identify follow-up strategies from overall KPIs
  • Review and optimize the processes related to content production to ensure efficiency and better time-to-market
  • Develop and implement pan-European SEO (search engine optimization) strategy
  • Support in the creation of a European Digital Asset Library and a pan-European asset production and distribution strategy across multiple digital platforms
  • Monitor the Digital Content Management platform (DCM) activities and requirements for HME (European) markets
  • Help manage and control digital marketing budget for the area of content production

You will also need to have:


  • University degree in marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related position or specialization in a multinational company or in an agency
  • Comprehensive understanding of online measurement and assessment tools and services, such as Google Analytics, Jira & Confluence and Web Performance (Seach Engine Optimization)
  • Passion about creating and development of content strategies and campaigns and high interest in digital marketing
  • Adobe AEM and Adobe Multi-Site-Management knowledge is considered a plus
  • Ability to work in agile environment
  • Strong analytical skills and focus on constant improvements and ability to solve complex problems
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong time management, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Project management experience will be considered as a plus
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) 
  • Advanced computer skills
