Head of Human Resources (m/w/d)
We want you to:
- Implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, enhancing organizational effectiveness and growth.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts to attract top talent within the automotive and luxury sectors, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process.
- Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance.
- Drive the execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, evaluations, and career development.
- In collaboration with Corporate L&D Dept., implement training programs to upskill employees and foster leadership development, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values.
- Ensure compliance with German/Swiss labor laws, regulations, and industry-specific standards, and manage labor relationships.
- Partner with senior management to identify and address organizational needs, including workforce planning, change management, and succession planning.
- Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment, implementing policies and practices that support these initiatives.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 7-10 years of experience in a senior HR role, ideally within the luxury or automotive sector.
- In-depth knowledge of German labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Available for short business trips (Switzerland)
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day HR operations.
